This modern, two bedroom two and a half bath townhome is the perfect opportunity to experience beach living. Just a four-minute walk to the beach and Carlsbad seawall. If you love an amazing sunset, then you can walk to the beach to watch the sunset and walk back home, all in under 15 minutes. The Seawall is .7 miles and runs along Carlsbad State beach. It is a favorite for dog walking and running, as well as a popular dolphin, whale, and people watching destination for residents and tourists alike.

Carlsbad Village is at the north end of the seawall. Here you’ll have access to every beach town amenity. From taco shops to fine dining, ice cream to surf and bike rentals, farmers markets to trendy coffee shops. It’s all a quick walk or bike ride away. Also located in the village is the train station where you have access to points north such as Orange County and Los Angeles or an easy commute to points south such as San Diego.

The house itself has a master with a king bed and an en suite bathroom that includes a tub. The second bedroom has built in bunk beds and a desk. With the built in bunks this room is very spacious. Don't want bunks? no problem we can put a full size bed in the room upon request. The second bath located upstairs is a ¾ bath with a shower. The half bath is located downstairs and houses a full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

Rare for this area is the unit’s outdoor patio seating area. You can shower off after a day at the beach using the outdoor shower or spend the evening chatting over the gas fire pit after a day of surfing and watching the sun set over the Pacific.

The kitchen is complete with newer appliances, and there is a gas grill on the patio. The unit also has air conditioning and is located in a quiet but friendly community making it the perfect place to stay and enjoy Carlsbad Village Beach.
