Monthly and weekly rate is for up to 4 guests. Utilities include: garbage, water and up to $125/month towards electric bill. Home is on solar. Standard wifi is available; however, upgraded wifi not included and use at own risk~AT&T. Parking is available for two vehicles in driveway. Please call for more details or if you have more than four guests. There is an additional weekly cleaning fee. $25.00/hour for cleaning bathrooms, vacuum, dusting and general cleaning. You are responsible for sheets and towels during your stay.
If you need the home for less than a month, please inquire for availability. Details for cleaning fees vary depending upon length of stay.

The home has a Master bedroom and two guest bedrooms a laundry room upstairs and a great office/work room with a comfy queen sofa bed on the first floor. Sleeping for 8:). Three bathrooms; living room & dining area; kitchen; outdoor patio area.
The home has an entertainment room upstairs with a full-size pool table & bar for your enjoyment! Large TV downstairs and upstairs!
Three outdoor areas at the home to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, beer, or wine; morning, noon, or night:)
