This large, luxury studio is located at the base of Nob Hill overlooking the young and trendy Polk Street.

The studio has been fully remodeled to high standards and includes a new kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a 5 burner gas stove and oven, Bosche dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and freezer, and washer and dryer in unit. There is a queen sized Murphy-bed and queen-sized pull out sofa with memory foam mattresses to accommodate four people. A large walk in closet adjoins the bathroom with ample storage space.
Designer furniture and a wood burning fireplace add to the ambiance and contemporary style of the apartment. A 55 inch smart flat screen television, blue ray player.

The studio includes a large private outdoor balcony off the living area with southwest exposure for light and sun during the day, and a community courtyard garden located down the hall. The building has security entrances and the condo has a reserved parking space in the underground garage.

The building is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of the city. On Polk, you can find dozens of restaurants, bars, organic markets and shops of all types.

For some quick and delicious eats, walk across the street to our neighborhood spot, The Bell Tower, or walk north on Polk to Cheese Plus or Blue Barn for delicious sandwiches and salads. Walk just a few blocks south on Polk to the famous Swan Oyster Depot for some of the best seafood in town, or visit Miller’s East Coast Deli for a Reuben sandwich in the city’s top-ranked delicatessen.
