Double occupancy utilities require an additional $75/mo. Cleaning fee of $200 after move out. Street parking easier than most SF neighborhoods (no street cleaning or permit required). However, parking garage may be available at extra cost of $300 if needed. Happy to consider small pets depending on breed and other circumstances. (extra pet deposit would be required).
