Description

Fully Furnished Rental Home with No Monthly Minimum. Included are Broadcast Cable TV, Apple Streaming Box, TV in Main Bedroom, washer and 2 dryers, gas fireplace in both living room and backyard, stainless steel appliances, central a/c & heat, linen, towels, fully stocked kitchen, and blow dryer with sundries in the bathrooms are included. The kitchen has a crockpot, vintage Juice-O-Mat juicer, tea kettle, coffee press, coffee maker, teas, spices, sugars, oil, etc. There is also an outside deck with couches, a dining table and a BBQ with a gas fireplace. The outdoor space is surrounded by a water feature and garden including mint, rosemary and sage herbs.

Sonoma Wine Nest LLC is located between Healdsburg and the Town of Windsor and is easy to get to from the 101 fwy. There are no long and winding country roads to drive through at night, especially after dinner. The home is in a very safe neighborhood. We have repeat guests who continue returning to our home.
