We just acquired this beautiful 3 bedroom/3bath townhouse minutes from Wash Park, WholeFoods, the light rail station, and more. Due to Denver Short Term Rental Regulations, this property requires a booking of 30 days or longer. The nightly prices we are charging are much lower than shorter-term stay properties in the area and reflect the fact that this property requires a longer-term stay. If you're looking for the perfect place to spend a month or more in the most desirable neighborhood in Denver, you've found it!

The perfect place to live in Denver - minutes from the most popular park in town, Washington Park. With running and biking trails, sports, flower gardens, open fields and more, it's an amazing place to be able to walk or bike to from our townhouse.

Note that the pictures are from the time we purchased the unit. We will refurnish on 10/14-10/16 and the 3rd bedroom will have a double bed and dresser (not the exercise equipment), which is great for one adult or a child.

One of our favorite areas of the house is the rooftop deck, with views of the mountains and a cozy fire pit so relax around with friends or family. We also love that we are the only unit in the building to have our own yard for your furry friend (dog friendly!). The other amazing area is the office, which is at the top level and full of sunlight and a built in bookshelf and desk. A perfect place for remote working!

The oversize one car garage provides plenty of space for your car or truck plus extra storage space.
