Beautiful, furnished, modern, luxury condo with a downtown view and rooftop pool/hut tub. Historic Mill District neighborhood is very safe and might be the best kept secret in Minneapolis. Within five blocks you can access the freeway, over 20 bars and restaurants, running/biking trails along the Mississippi River (trails that span 100s of miles) the Stone Arch Bridge, the Guthrie Theater, the new US Bank Vikings stadium, a gas station, numerous bus stops, a few hotels, etc. The unit is a 1BR, 1.5 BA with hardwood floors throughout, custom walk-in closet, modest patio with amazing downtown view and gas hook-up for a grill, 9½ foot windows along the entire wall as you walk in and a large kitchen area.

Unique unit to the entire building. Elevator, trash chute and stairs to the workout room are all immediately across the hall, plus my primary parking stall is almost right next to the door.

The building is less than ten years old and has very tight security. Offers a very nice workout facility (cancelled my gym membership), large community room and patio with a grill, in addition to the roof top pool and hot tub. Maybe the best part about the building is the retail stores on the first floor that include a high-end liquor and wine store, Sarpino's Pizza, Dentist, Chiropractor, Veterinarian, and a nail salon.
