It is private, you will have a key for entry, just a couple of minutes walk to Pool and Club house.

There is a nice LG flat-screen television with 3D and DVD player in living Room. There is also has a nice wet bar with glassware, copper sink, glass shelves and marble Counter.

There is a dining room table that can seat up to six people. Large glass sliding door that leads onto a 20' W x 12' deep covered patio with a fan, table and chairs, lounge chair, Wood Bench, etc. The garden is newly and nicely landscaped with a lawn, bushes, and a good sprinkler system is in place, plus a bi monthly gardener as needed. The home has a very good Water Softner, at times you may need to put some salt pellets in it. I try to keep bags available.
