Description

Our beautiful architect-designed solar-powered house was completed in 2015. It is light, spacious, and airy, with tall ceilings with fans in every room, and maple wood floors. ADA compliant: no stairs. The house is suitable for a family with 1-3 children, or two couples with 0-2 small children.

Located in a highly desirable West Austin neighborhood, Three minutes walk to a small shopping center with a Post Office, a cleaner, a liquor store, and a Pakmail. 15 minutes walk to Goldy's Coffee and Veracruz Tacos. 20 minutes walk to Mozarts Cafe on Lake Austin.

8-10 minutes drive to the University of Texas campus, Downtown, the Hike and Bike trail round Town Lake, the flagship Whole Foods Market, Central Market. 2 mins to local HEB. 20 minutes to Bergstrom Airport.

9. Shaded back patio with fans, lights, comfortable furniture, large table and chairs for outdoor dining, and outdoor plumbed in natural gas grill.

10. Front and back yards, all native plants, gardener comes monthly; drip irrigation is on a regular schedule.

11. AT & T fiber 1 gig internet, wifi, TV and built-in speakers, Apple TV for streaming services. (No cable but you are welcome to install it as long as you disconnect before leaving.)

12. Our 2017 Chevy Bolt EV, which can charge in the driveway from a dedicated charger powered from our solar roof (no gas bills!), is available for a small extra fee plus insurance.
