Daily rates include premium television channels, all utilities. The rates are in the mid-range of the lodging costs in the area. A 30 day or more stay will exempt the guest from lodging and sales taxes.
Rates are based on a 30 day stay. One month's rent is due upon check in, and payable monthly thereafter.
Pets are allowed, up to 2. We accept dogs and cats only. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $250.00 per stay. There are several great walking areas near the property for dogs.

The Marina Square Extended Stay Hotel is newly built, opened in April of 2024. The property is located next to the Bremerton Waterfront and Boardwalk. It is near the Bremerton Ferry Terminal, the Seattle/ Bremerton Ferry and the Seattle Fast Ferry operate 7 days a week. The hotel features garage, gated parking, complimentary WIFI and guest laundry centers. The apartments are furnished and include all dish, silver and service ware in a full kitchen. Kitchens include stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The scenic views include the Bremerton Waterfront, Sinclair Inlet and the boardwalk area.
